GLP-1 SOS™ Daily Gut Relief Ingredients & Label

Updated September 15, 2026 · Applies to the formula shipping in 2026

GLP-1 SOS™ Daily Gut Relief contains 14 ingredients in two vegetarian capsules, taken once a day with dinner. Nothing is hidden inside a proprietary blend: every amount that matters is printed on the label. This page lists each ingredient, the dose, and the reason it is in a formula built for a gut that a GLP-1 medication has slowed on purpose.

Quick answer: the five ingredients doing most of the work are 250 mg magnesium (citrate and oxide) for regularity, 200 mg ginger root at 5% gingerols for nausea, bloating and sulfur burps, a 19-strain probiotic blend for the microbiome, 500 mcg vitamin B12 and 9 mg iron bisglycinate for GLP-1 fatigue. Serving: 2 capsules. Bottle: 60 capsules, 30 days.

Full ingredient list (per 2-capsule serving)

Ingredient Amount Why it is in the formula
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide) 250 mg Osmotic: draws water into the colon so stool stays soft and moves without cramping. Most "GLP-1 vitamins" carry around 25 mg, which is roughly 90% less.
Ginger root extract (5% gingerols) 200 mg Supports gastric motility and calms nausea; the standardized gingerol content is what the clinical nausea studies used.
19-strain probiotic blend (100 billion CFU/g blend) 50 mg Feeds the microbiome that a smaller, less varied diet on a GLP-1 tends to thin out; associated with more regular stool frequency in controlled studies.
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 mcg Energy metabolism. Reduced food intake and slower absorption on a GLP-1 lower B12 intake for many people.
Iron (as ferrous bisglycinate) 9 mg (50% DV) Half the daily value, in the chelated bisglycinate form, which in head-to-head studies causes markedly less constipation and stomach upset than ferrous sulfate. Covers the gap left by eating half as much; the 250 mg magnesium in the same capsule more than offsets it. Not for people with hemochromatosis. Keep away from children.
Ashwagandha root extract 50 mg Supports the stress response that rapid weight change and a slowed gut put under load.
Peppermint leaf 50 mg Eases after-dinner bloating and gas; peppermint is the best-studied herb for functional bloating.
BioPerine® black pepper extract 5 mg Improves absorption of the other actives.
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 10 mg Active B6 for energy metabolism and nausea support.
Folate 400 mcg DFE (100% DV) Covers the reduced-intake gap on a GLP-1.
Biotin 2,500 mcg Hair, skin and nail support during rapid weight loss. Note: biotin at this level can interfere with some blood tests (thyroid, troponin, hormone assays); pause it for 48 hours before lab work and tell the lab. See the FAQ below.
Vitamin D 50 mcg (2,000 IU) Commonly low in adults with obesity; supports mood and immune function.
Zinc 10 mg Taste, appetite regulation and immune support.
Multi digestive enzyme blend 10 mg Helps break down protein and fat that sit longer in a slowed stomach, which is where sulfur burps start.

Amounts are as printed on the Supplement Facts panel, which is photographed in the product gallery on the product page and printed on every bottle.

What is not in it

  • No senna, bisacodyl, cascara or other stimulant laxatives. Daily Gut Relief is designed for daily use without dependence or "disaster pants."
  • No bulk-forming fiber (psyllium, methylcellulose). Adding bulk to a stomach that empties slowly is the reason fiber often makes GLP-1 constipation feel worse.
  • No berberine, green tea extract, chromium or "GLP-1 booster" ingredients. GLP-1 SOS is not a GLP-1 supplement in that sense: it does not raise GLP-1, suppress appetite or cause weight loss. It is taken alongside a prescribed GLP-1 for the side effects.
  • No proprietary blends, no gelatin, no artificial colors. Vegetarian capsules.

How to take it

Two capsules with dinner, every day, with a full glass of water. Most people notice easier mornings within the first few days; give it about two weeks for the probiotic and magnesium to settle into a routine. No refrigeration needed. Do not take within two hours of your thyroid medication or antibiotics; ask your pharmacist about magnesium timing with any other prescription.

Manufacturing and testing

  • Made in the USA in an FDA-registered cGMP facility in Utah.
  • Every batch third-party tested for identity, potency and contaminants.
  • Ships from Lindon, Utah.

Frequently asked

Is 250 mg of magnesium enough?

For daily regularity on a GLP-1, 250 mg of magnesium in the citrate/oxide form is the range used in constipation studies (magnesium oxide trials typically dose 500 mg to 1,500 mg for chronic constipation; 250 mg is a gentle daily amount that stacks with dietary magnesium). Most competitor "GLP-1 vitamins" use 25 mg, which has no meaningful bowel effect.

Why ginger at 5% gingerols instead of plain ginger powder?

Gingerols and shogaols are the compounds that act on gastric emptying and nausea. Standardizing the extract means every capsule delivers the same active amount, which plain powder cannot guarantee.

Does it contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. The energy support comes from B12, B6, folate and iron, which cover the nutrient gap of eating less, not from stimulants.

Why is there iron in a constipation product?

Because eating half as much on a GLP-1 halves iron intake, and low iron is a common, testable cause of the fatigue GLP-1 users describe. The dose is deliberately modest, 9 mg (50% of the daily value), and the form is ferrous bisglycinate, a chelated iron that in controlled comparisons causes far less constipation and stomach upset than the ferrous sulfate in standard iron pills. The 250 mg of osmotic magnesium in the same serving more than offsets it, which is why the most common review is "I finally went," not the reverse. If you have hemochromatosis or a diagnosed iron-overload condition, do not take iron-containing supplements, including this one; if you are a man or a post-menopausal woman who has never had iron checked, a ferritin test is worth asking for.

Does the biotin affect blood tests?

It can. Biotin at 2,500 mcg does not harm you, but it can interfere with certain lab assays (thyroid panels, troponin, some hormone tests) and give a falsely high or low reading. The standard guidance from labs is to pause biotin-containing supplements for 48 hours before blood work and mention it to the person drawing your blood. GLP-1 users have labs drawn often, so we say it plainly here rather than in fine print.

Is it safe with my GLP-1?

The ingredients are dietary nutrients, botanicals and probiotics with no known interaction with semaglutide or tirzepatide. Because it contains magnesium and iron, space it two hours away from thyroid medication and antibiotics, and tell your prescriber what you take.
