Our 60-Day "Feel Normal" Guarantee
We are confident that GLP-1 SOS will help you experience gentle, predictable relief from the side effects of your GLP-1 medication — but real results come from giving your body time to respond. That's why we ask you to use GLP-1 SOS consistently before deciding, and why our guarantee gives you a full window to make up your mind.
How it works:
- Give GLP-1 SOS a fair try for the first 30 days after your order date. Consistent daily use is what allows you to feel the difference — gentle relief from constipation and bloating, no more embarrassing burps, and restored energy.
- If, after those first 30 days, you don't feel a dramatic difference, you may request a full refund any time between day 30 and day 60 of your order date.
- We will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
- You do not need to return the bottle.
Please note: Refund requests are only accepted during the day 30–60 window. Requests made before day 30 or after day 60 of your order date are not eligible.
Eligibility
- The 60-Day Guarantee applies to your first order only — it must be the first order you've placed with GLP-1 SOS, and it covers your first purchase of each product.
- The guarantee is void once a second order is placed. Because reordering — whether by purchasing again or by allowing your subscription to renew into a second shipment — indicates you are satisfied with the product, the 60-Day Guarantee no longer applies once a second order has been processed.
- Refund requests must be submitted between day 30 and day 60 of your original order date.
- This guarantee applies to orders placed directly through our website (glp1sos.com).
- We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@glp1sos.com and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but it helps us improve)
Our team will review and respond to your request within 5–7 business days of receiving your email.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval.
Please remember it can take an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your statement.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card company — posting a refund can take additional time on their end.
- If you've done both and still don't see it, contact us at support@glp1sos.com and we'll investigate.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@glp1sos.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. This applies regardless of the 30–60 day guarantee window, so you never have to wait to report a problem with your shipment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumable health supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or quantity, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, so we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
Subscription Cancellations
We do not cancel subscriptions for customers by email.
If you've subscribed to receive regular shipments of GLP-1 SOS, you're in control of your subscription at all times. You can cancel or make changes in just a few steps through your account portal using the subscription management link in your account.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date. If you need any help managing your subscription, our team is happy to assist at support@glp1sos.com.
