Subscription Policy

How subscriptions work
A subscription is always optional. You are subscribed only if you choose the subscription option on the product page or in your cart. A one-time purchase is always available.
When you subscribe, you agree that we will automatically charge your payment method and ship your order on a regular schedule until you cancel.
Price and frequency
Before you pay, the product page, cart and checkout show:
- the price of each order,
- how often you will be charged and receive an order (for example, every month, every 3 months or every 5 months),
- that the subscription continues until you cancel.
The same details are included in your order confirmation email. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout.
Example: GLP-1 SOS Daily Gut Relief, 1 bottle: $39.99 every month until you cancel.
Renewals
- Your first order is charged and shipped when you place it.
- After that, each renewal is charged automatically on your next order date, using the payment method on file, and ships shortly after.
- You can see your next order date at any time in your account (Manage Subscription).
- Subscription renewals are not refundable. To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date.
- The 60-Day Guarantee covers only the first bottle of your first order, and only if your subscription is cancelled before your second shipment. See our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time, day or night. Cancellation is done in your account. Our support team does not cancel subscriptions by email.
- Go to glp1sos.com and click Manage Subscription (in the top menu or at the bottom of any page).
- Enter the email address you used to order.
- We email you a secure login link. Open it. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or try another browser.
- Choose your subscription and click Cancel subscription.
- Choose a reason. If other options are shown, click I still want to cancel, then confirm. You will see a confirmation on screen and receive a cancellation email.

The 48-hour rule
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date. If you cancel later than that, the upcoming order may already be charged and on its way. In that case it will ship as normal and is not refundable.
Updating your subscription
In your account you can also update your shipping address and payment method at any time.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you at least 7 days before you are charged the new price. You can cancel before then if you wish.
Confirmation emails
- After you subscribe, you receive an order confirmation email with the product, the price, how often you will be charged, and how to cancel.
- After you cancel, you receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Please keep these emails for your records.
