About the product

What is GLP-1 SOS?

GLP-1 SOS™ is a US supplement brand for people taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Rybelsus® and Foundayo™. Its flagship product, Daily Gut Relief, is a two-capsule daily formula for the most common side effects of those medications: constipation, bloating, sulfur burps, shot-day nausea and fatigue. It is not a GLP-1 medication and does not replace one.

What is in GLP-1 SOS Daily Gut Relief?

14 ingredients per two-capsule serving, led by 250 mg magnesium (citrate and oxide), 200 mg ginger root extract standardized to 5% gingerols, a 19-strain probiotic blend, 500 mcg vitamin B12, 9 mg iron bisglycinate, 50 mg ashwagandha, 50 mg peppermint and 5 mg BioPerine, plus B6, folate, biotin, vitamin D, zinc and digestive enzymes. Full list on the ingredients page.

Does GLP-1 SOS work?

It is built around ingredients with controlled-trial evidence for exactly these symptoms: magnesium for stool frequency and consistency, ginger for nausea and gastric emptying, probiotics for regularity, peppermint for bloating. On our site 1,458 verified customers rate Daily Gut Relief 4.6 out of 5, and 87% give it five stars; the most common review is some version of "I finally went." If it does not work for you, the 60-day money-back guarantee applies. Read the reviews page, including the complaints.

How long does GLP-1 SOS take to work?

Many customers report an easier bowel movement within the first one to three days because magnesium works quickly. Bloating, sulfur burps and energy improve over one to two weeks as the ginger, enzymes and probiotic settle in. Plan on two weeks of daily use before judging it.

When is the best time to take GLP-1 SOS?

Two capsules with dinner, every day, with a full glass of water. Taking it with your evening meal means the magnesium works overnight and the ginger and enzymes are on board for the meal that sits longest in a slowed stomach. Keep it two hours away from thyroid medication and antibiotics.

Is it safe to take GLP-1 SOS with Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound?

The ingredients are nutrients, botanicals and probiotics with no known interaction with semaglutide or tirzepatide, and the product is designed to be taken alongside them. It contains iron and magnesium, so tell your prescriber and pharmacist what you take, especially if you have kidney disease or take thyroid medication. Do not change your GLP-1 dose because of a supplement.

Does GLP-1 SOS have side effects?

The most common one is looser stool in the first days if you were already regular; skip a day and resume. A few people notice the ginger on an empty stomach, which is why we say take it with dinner. It contains no stimulant laxatives, so it does not cause cramping or urgency the way senna products can.

Can I take it if I have stopped my GLP-1?

Yes. Gut slowdown and the microbiome changes from months of eating less do not switch off the day the shot stops. Customers coming off a GLP-1 keep using it for regularity and bloating.

Is GLP-1 SOS legit?

Yes. GLP-1 SOS™ is a brand of CODKING LLC, a US company, with a trademark application on file with the USPTO. The products are made in an FDA-registered cGMP facility in Utah, third-party tested, and sold on our own store and on Amazon, with 55,000+ customers since 2025. Every order ships with tracking, every subscription can be cancelled in one click, and Daily Gut Relief carries a 60-day money-back guarantee that does not require returning the bottle. Reviews, including the negative ones, are on the reviews page.

Is GLP-1 SOS a "GLP-1 supplement" or GLP-1 booster? Does it contain berberine?

No, and this matters because the two get confused. "GLP-1 supplements" sold online claim to raise your natural GLP-1 with berberine, green tea extract, chromium or fiber, and health reporters are right to be skeptical of them. GLP-1 SOS is the opposite category: it assumes you are already on a prescribed GLP-1 (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) and it treats the side effects of that medication, mainly constipation, bloating, sulfur burps, nausea and fatigue. It contains no berberine, green tea, chromium or fiber, does not raise GLP-1, and makes no weight-loss claim. The full label is on the ingredients page.

Why are there negative reviews of GLP-1 SOS on Trustpilot?

Trustpilot shows a small number of unprompted reviews, and most of them are about two things: a customer who could not find how to cancel a subscription, and a package that was late or did not arrive. Neither is about the capsules, and both have a fix. Any subscription cancels instantly at the Manage Subscription page (enter the email you ordered with, open the link it sends, click cancel) or by emailing support@glp1sos.com, which can cancel it for you. A late or lost package is reshipped or refunded when you email support with your order number. On our own store, where every reviewer is a verified buyer, Daily Gut Relief is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 1,458 customers; the breakdown is on the reviews page.

Why is there iron in a constipation product, and does the biotin affect blood tests?

Iron is there because eating half as much on a GLP-1 halves iron intake, and low iron is a common, testable cause of GLP-1 fatigue. The dose is modest (9 mg, 50% of the daily value) and the form is ferrous bisglycinate, a chelated iron that causes far less constipation than the ferrous sulfate in ordinary iron pills; the 250 mg of osmotic magnesium in the same capsules more than offsets it. People with hemochromatosis should not take iron supplements, including this one. Biotin (2,500 mcg) can interfere with some blood-test assays, so pause the capsules for 48 hours before lab work and tell the lab. Details on the ingredients page.
